In Case of an Emergency
Please note our office will be closed over the Christmas period from 5pm on Thursday the 23rd of December, 2021 and re-opening on Tuesday the 4th of January, 2022.
Please refrain from calling a tradesperson if there is less than 24 hours until our office next opens, unless there is a serious safety concern.
If you are not sure whether your maintenance request is urgent, see the list of examples below.
We will prioritise all maintenance requests as soon as we receive them to minimise any inconvenience caused.
Any issues at the property that compromises the tenant’s health or safety are considered urgent.
- Hot water system is leaking and about to burst
- The only toilet in the property is blocked and not flushing at all
- The property was broken in to
- Any broken glass/windows
- Any broken/faulty locks
- There is a fire or flood at the property
- The property has no electricity
To speed up response time for urgent issues, please contact the respective contractor from the list below to arrange emergency maintenance. Please then report all emergencies to We Love Rentals® the following business day. If We Love Rentals® determines the issue as a non emergency the tenant will need to pay the bill.
If you are unable to contact our preferred contractors please contact your own appropriate, registered and licensed trades person.
