I had a rental property in Camillo, W.A., that has recently been sold. The property was managed by We Love Rentals and I would like to record the fantastic service I was accorded by the property manager, Ms Jodie Wilkinson. Not only were items needing maintenance reported to me promptly but reasonable quotes were obtained. Jodie has a good rapport with tenants and knows how to keep them happy even when rising bank rates force owners to raise the rent. However, any tenant misbehaviour was also promptly and firmly dealt with. I wish all property managers were as efficient and helpful as Jodie.
